We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to drive the execution of product marketing and integrated marketing strategies, focused on Pets and Subscriptions or on Conditions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in both integrated marketing and product marketing, working directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This is a role that offers the opportunity to significantly impact product marketing strategy and marketing execution without formal team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead and central point of contact for all marketing and communications related to Subscriptions (GoodRx Gold/Telehealth) and specific conditions within the organization.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for Subscriptions and assigned conditions including key campaigns, messaging, target audiences, channel strategy, partnership needs, and integration into related marketing tactics and timelines.
  • Establish strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including Product, Paid, Health, Social, CRM, PR, Mansol, Retail and Digital Experience, to develop marketing plans and ensure alignment on strategy, KPIs and timelines.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives to ensure these are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the highest level of quality. This includes overseeing tactical plans, capturing stakeholder updates, managing timelines and providing regular and clear communication to all relevant partners.
  • Partner with Insights and Business Intelligence to leverage market research, user testing and performance metrics to continuously optimize performance and drive improved outcomes
  • Partner with Digital Experience to ensure continuity between marketing campaigns and the customer experience on platform.
  • Draft creative briefs; partner with the Creative Team to ensure the right messaging and creative approach is being used in individual campaigns.
  • As needed, manage and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to inspire the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaign work

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field or the equivalent in years of service. A Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or related healthcare field) is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, campaign management or related field.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A solid track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Process-oriented: Excels at defining and implementing efficient, scalable marketing workflows and procedures. Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies.
  • A consumer-centric customer approach, able to understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of our target audiences.
  • A growth mindset and a curiosity for learning, willing to experiment, iterate, and adapt to changing environments and feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
