About the role

As Training Analyst, you will be responsible for effectively planning and delivering courses and workshops to the sales force, administrative staff and managers of GM dealers, with the objective of increasing the key indicators as sales penetrations.

Type of Contract: Fixed Term (10 months)

What you need

  • Administration, Economics or Organizational Psychology College Degree (It is desirable to have a Training Administration or Instructor Diploma).
  • Advanced English (Able to establish business conversations)
  • Experience in measuring training effectiveness using Kirk Patrick model Experience in administration and optimization of budgets
  • Experience in organizing training events for large audiences
  • Knowledge of learning techniques for adults.
  • Business course facilitation skills and / or skills development.
  • Mastery of MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels in an organization.
  • Effectively carry out different tasks and / or projects simultaneously.
  • High working capacity under pressure.
  • Public Speaking
  • Altamente organizado para manejar su presupuesto y reportar los expense reports en tiempo y forma.

Desirable:

  • Ability to design training programs and courses.
  • Development of manuals and all training materials.
  • Familiar with BPMS (Lean Six Sigma) tools and methodology.

What you will be doing

  • Execute logistics of courses and workshops
  • Correctly register the payment of the courses taught
  • Effectively manage the training fund avoiding losses to the organization
  • Availability to travel nationwide 80% of the time
