About the role

The Retail Fraud Representative is responsible of all the processes related to fraud preventions, detections, blacklist reports and to monitor the tactical actions or controls implemented in the purchasing process due to fraud strategies.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related.
  • Advanced English - able to establish business conversations.
  • Experience in analysis and/or purchasing credit process.
  • Experience in managing improvement projects - individual and groups.
  • Ability to present technical information in a precise and clear manner.
  • Capacity for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficient communication skills (oral and written).
  • Extensive office management (Excel, Power Point, Access).
  • Proactive.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible of Non-Approval alerts process (Blacklist reports).
  • Monthly reports and routines on prevented and detected frauds.
  • Review of Defect Fraud Analysis of ECO's performed by Collections Team.
  • Implement routines for monitoring and measuring warning alerts of fraud detected in the dealer, region, analyst and other relevant segmentation.
  • Follow up on actions and improvement plans defined for fraud prevention.
  • Monthly notifications to the TOP 20 Dealers with most preventions during the month.
