Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

About the role

Role is intended to support the data analytics projects and releases across International Operations subsidiaries (Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Brazil). These activities include to identify business needs and transform into user stories, enable communication between business users and development team, support of UAT related activities and support enhancements and automatization of the D&A agile process.

What you need

  • Bachelor degree in progress in IT or Business Areas
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • English intermediate level required, advanced level is desirable
  • High level understanding of IT development processes
  • Self-driven and self-learning
  • Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken format (English and Spanish).
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
  • Nice to have: experience with Cognos Report Studio, PowerBI or other end-user reporting tool.

What you will be doing

  • Participate on agile scrum ceremonies
  • Host meetings with business users to research on processes related to data needs
  • Define business needs and translate to requirements/user stories
  • Support UAT process through: UAT validation support, follow up and review on defects
  • Support and automate internal team agile processes (backlog administration and metrics)
