Responsibilities

About the Role:

Pricing and Product Development is responsible for the analysis, recommendation, and execution of rate programs and dealer incentive programs designed to maximize both share and profitability for a variety of loan and lease products. We partner with strategic departments including Risk, Treasury, FP&A and Dealer Services and regularly meet with the E-team to present strategic program recommendations.

The Analyst II - Pricing Analytics is a proactive and creative problem solver with an attention to detail and a passion for driving real results. Analysts are responsible for reporting, analysis, recommendation, and execution of program rates and dealer incentives for a variety of loan and lease products.

  • Data Analytics: Analysts will use SAS, Excel, Power BI, JD Power and other tools to perform a variety of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics including, but not limited to loan, lease, and dealer incentives.
  • Collaboration: Analysts will drive proactive discussions with strategic partners to understand and inform the business on a variety of KPI's and key modeling assumptions.
  • Presentation: Analyst will develop and communicate actionable and compelling recommendations to management.
  • Execution: Analyst will ensure efficient execution of approved rate and dealer incentive programs.
  • Validation: Analyst will validate and communicate results, explain variances and adhere to audit requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

What makes you a dream candidate?

  • Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling, accounting, and/or financial services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in coding in SQL, Python, SAS, and R.
  • Auto finance industry knowledge of the auto finance industry preferred
  • Demonstrates effective time management and organized file management skills.
  • Shows a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Values diversity, collaboration, and teamwork in all aspects of work.
  • Displays effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, in related field or similar Quantitative STEM fields or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-4 years auto financing preferred
  • 2-4 years consumer lending and/or financial institutions preferred
  • 2-4 years consumer credit risk preferred
  • 2-4 years business analytics preferred
  • 2-4 years finance and/or pricing preferred
