About the Role
As an Associate on the Business Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, problem solving, and the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of processes and tooling across Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. As our customer base and internal teams grow and evolve, you will play an integral role in ensuring our operations are scalable and optimize for operational efficiency.

You will report to our Senior Strategy and Operations Manager. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify system needs and enhancements across various company tools including but not limited to Hubspot, Jira, and Twilio Segment
- Analyze large sets of CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve customer interactions and inform business strategy
- Build automations to optimize existing workflows, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure scalability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives such as improvements to sales conversion rates and trust & safety fraud detection
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes, policies, and procedures across Sales, GTM and Customer Experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech, consulting, finance, or operations
- Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and find creative solutions; a jack-of-all-trades who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Product, and/or Engineering teams to create and implement new ops processes
- Proficiency with data analysis and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Jira, Looker); experience with SQL is strongly preferred

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $85,000-$100,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
