GLAUKOS - SR. MANAGER, MARKET ACCESS SYSTEMS (Aliso Viejo, CA)
How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the Senior Director, Market Access Operations, the Senior Manager, Market Access Systems will be responsible for business processes and technology solutions used to efficiently deliver HUB and patient services to customers including ophthalmology practices, ASCs, HOPDs, patients, and internal stakeholders. The Senior Manager will be the business owner of the GPS CRM and other supporting customer engagement technologies. Additionally, the Senior Manger will develop and execute data strategy plans to support Glaukos Market Access and Commercial teams. This role will manage one direct report and be based in our Aliso Viejo, CA corporate headquarters.

What will you do?
- Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of business processes and technology solutions that deliver reimbursement HUB and patient services for Glaukos' sight saving technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of new HUB or patient services offerings.
- Effectively work with multiple departments and vendors throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and ensure all requirements are met.
- Develop actionable KPI dashboards for senior leadership, MA leadership, patient services, HUB management, reimbursement liaisons using data from Glaukos HUBs, patient services, and outside vendors.
- Ensures HUB and patient services infrastructure projects are delivered within budget.
- Identify and understand customer needs and then translate them into actionable business requirements for IT colleagues and vendors.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as eBV/ePA into Glaukos HUB service offerings.
- Continuously assess and refine business processes, workflows, and technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of services.
- Serve as subject matter expert for market access data generated by Glaukos' HUBs and patient services.
- Manage direct report responsible for external hub vendor.
- Develop direct report(s) through coaching, feedback, and exposure, and aligns direct report(s) career development goals with organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, math, computer science, information technology management, or business with a focus on operations. Master's degree is a plus.
- 15 years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare, health insurance, or life sciences (pharma/med-device).
- Technical savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms and databases
- Experience with HUB services such as benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and copay program administration
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience managing outsourced business processes
- Prior experience at a leading pharmaceutical/device HUB provider a plus
- Rare disease experience a plus
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and leadership skills
- Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results
- 20% travel to attend conferences, team meetings, etc.
