How will you make an impact?
The Director of New System Technologies will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technological innovations within the company. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in emerging technologies, strategic planning, and team leadership. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for new technology initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure the company stays at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives.

- Lead the research and development of new technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team and across the organization.
- Oversee the development and deployment of pilot projects and prototypes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Ensure continuous learning and professional growth opportunities for team members.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new technology projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Implement best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Communicate technology strategies and project progress to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and insights to inform technology development and innovation.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and other departments.
- Ensure the integration of new technologies with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
