Role Description
As Head of Digital Product and Experience, you will shape the future of the online customer journey. You will lead a team that helps define and design the customer experience from signup and activation to ongoing support across our web and app based digital products. You will build a customer journey that guides sales, engagement and service outcomes. You will collaborate with brand, product strategy, support and engineering teams. You will have a deep understanding of user experience and design principles, a record of success in building digital products and managing and motivating teams.

In this role, you'll:
- Lead digital product and experience function across web based checkout, service portal and app products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, brand, analytics and engineering to ensure that our products are user-centered and achieve our business goals.
- Define end-to-end digital product roadmaps and work cross-functionally on design, delivery and launches aligned with business objectives
- Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs; improve key performance metrics, such as: conversion rates, customer satisfaction and digital self-service adoption.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- 12 years of experience in the design, specification and launch of large scale direct-to-consumer digital products on mobile and web platforms.
- 8 years of experience leading digital design and product teams in agile delivery environments and partnership with engineering teams.
- Expertise in web and mobile design principles and systems to define customer journeys and interactive experiences.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience with consumer e-commerce or subscription based digital products.
- Demonstrable industry thought leadership and portfolio of launched mobile and web digital products.
- Knowledge of agile web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and architecture frameworks for web and mobile consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience in user testing, usability research, web and app analytics, requirements elaboration and agile development principles.
- Experience in driving digital product requirements through delivery methodologies in partnership with engineering teams.
- Strong business strategy, communication and presentation skills,
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $203 K - $280 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
