Primary Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes NPI, documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lean、cost and cycle time improvements, cost of quality (COQ), and EHS actions

• Take the duty for technical preparation for the key component including edit the fabrication proposal, tool task requirement; routing sheet; MPP、WeldingBook; methods editing, take lead qualify the WPS、PQR and WPQ if new product need new above files

• Work with cell member to do technical sustain during cell operation including technical issue resolution; dispose the NCR for the shop

• Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issue, develop effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production

• Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance

• Focus on the project in ITO stage, identify the manufacture risk and the deviation from the customer requirement. Estimate the welding material weight

• Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements

Qualifications Required:

• BS of welding and working with the large size product fabrication and welding for more than 3 years(high potential available although less 3 years, for example master degree, meanwhile have welding education and knowledge and machinery automation research experience), working in power generation equipment business is high valued.

• In depth knowledge of fabrication and welding technology; familiar with the ASME、EN/ISO、AWS or relative international standard

• Skilled UG&CAD or other CAD/CAM software; graduate or working or have passion and experience on machinery automation/mechanical design/machinery & electronics specialty is high valued.

• Fluent in English and mandarin (verbal & written), can communicate with foreign expert through the telephone.
