As Warranty Service Specialist (m/f/d) you process and respond to customer warranty claims for Onshore Wind in line with contract T&Cs (terms and conditions) and GE Vernova standard warranty process in EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Focus on the warranty process to perform analysis of costs and drive risk management.
- Claim management and review of warranty costs, driving claim classification for vendor recovery support and stick to financial yearly target.
- Understand and prepare warranty metrics and be able to deep dive into metrics warranty laminated cards for business reviews.
- Support Warranty resolution mangers/Contract performance managers with closing end of warranties in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
- Participate as warranty representative in Project handover reviews in EMEA
- Understand and support Warranty resolution mangers/Contract performance managers for major tech issues resolution (RCAs, TILs, major tech issues at site)
- Understand and analyse Turbine sales agreement contracts (Scope T&Cs, availability targets, staffing model, Do's&Don't) if relevant for customer claims
- Inquiry to Order partnership for new Contracts to improve warranty T&Cs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or technical related field
- Experience in Service business
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Project management skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and process skills
- Facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills (in both German and English)
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrixes environments
