• Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO) for the Grid Software (SW) business, growing double digits to change the business model from Projects to Software & Expert Services
• Set and execute strategy for next 3-5-year Transformation roadmap
• Execute complex business transformation to restructure the cost base and create capacity to execute services

• Set up Vendor Management Office and manage relationship with Global Systems Integrator partnerships critical to delivering engineering capacity for GridOS and services delivery
• Execute Heritage to GridOS customer transformation impacting top 25 accounts
• Design and execute organizational change management to support transformational initiatives.
• Lead integration of future acquisitions
Qualifications / Requirements
- MBA with 5+ years in Consulting, Finance Product Management, Corporate Development, or M&A preferred.
- Self-starter with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
- Experience communicating and presenting to the Senior Leadership teams.
The base pay range for this position is 170,000 - 300,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
