1) TP Documentation

The documentation scope includes conducting a thorough analysis of our related-party transactions and preparing a comprehensive transfer pricing documentation report in compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, local transfer pricing rules, and/or US transfer pricing rules based on an agreed-upon risk-based framework. The TP documentation should include the below:

- Analysis of the industry and market conditions
- Analysis of functions, assets, and risks of related parties involved in the transaction
- Selection and application of the most appropriate transfer pricing method
- Description of the tested party and comparables

- Demonstration of compliance with local transfer pricing regulations
- Drafting intercompany agreements and transfer pricing memos
- Assistance in preparing master files at each GE Business level, which is in compliance with OECD guidelines and modification of master file as per the local regulations of certain jurisdictions.

2) Management of Headquarter Cost Allocation:

This scope includes the following activities for each of GE business:
- Conduct interviews at each Management function level to document the HQ support services provided across business
- Data gathering from various business functions: FP&A; HR, finance contacts, Coretech IT organization; Corporate allocation/Assessment.
- Data analysis: exclude non eligible cost, apply stewardship assumptions and Bric rules
- Prepare the HQCA models using the current excel templates (different at each business level) and suggest improvements in the process
- Provide summaries of BRIC and Stewardship for US compliance purposes
- Prepare/Maintain backups for each business HQCA
- Prepare billing table and liaise with IC billing team to issue bills, monitoring the process and obtaining invoice copies
- Update TP reports for HQ cost allocation
- Prepare Benefit documentation in countries where it is needed

3) Financial data - extraction and coordination

- Good working knowledge of the various ERPs being used by GE Vernova
- Ability to participate in ERP related trainings and learn the various accounting systems, processes and practices of GE Vernova
- Extract data from the ERPs which would be required for TP documentation, HQCA working and other Transfer Pricing requirements such as external audits, internal assessment/analysis etc.
- To be able to lead and work on initiatives such as automation of data extraction from ERPs and other tools being used by GE Vernova and also suggest improvements to the systems, standardization of data templates etc.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

- 5+ years of work experience in the field of Transfer Pricing including TP Documentation, TP Policy setting, Managing TP Audits, Allocation of management charges, etc.
- Major Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business from a reputable university
- Excellent and advanced excel, tableau, SAP skills
- Solid research and analytical skills
- Work well in team environment and/or independently
- Highly motivated and strong eagerness to learn.
- Should be a self-starter and able to take lead and own the various initiatives in the company around Transfer Pricing
