Training Project Manager

Job Description Summary

The Training Project Manager will demonstrate accountability for the training solutions provided to the field personnel. You will work in the cross-field between the Operational business and the learning centers to ensure that the training solutions are fit for purpose and will provide the competences required for our people to work safely and meet the obligations we have with our customers. You will be part of a global team of learning professionals dedicated to ensure the best learning for our colleagues.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyze, scope, design, develop and implement training solutions based on our Training Development procedure and I close collaboration with internal partners and Subject Matter Experts
  • Project Manage from request to final solution is implemented
  • Work with the learning team to ensure consistency across our Qualification Frameworks and training solutions
  • Define the best training methods including the latest digitized training delivery tools like Virtual reality
  • Build strong collaboration and good working relationships with our key internal partners incl. executive level
  • Develop and lead a smooth hand-over and implementation process for regional Learning Centers to successfully prepare and execute the overall deployment plan

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Educational Science, Electrical and Mechanical or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Wind Industry, operations or training

Desired Characteristics

  • Formal Project Management certification -Preferred
  • M.S. or Advanced Degree Teaching / Science degree - Preferred
  • Proven track record with Training Needs Analysis and Training Design as well as significant experience from a Learning design organization.
  • Proven skills within Qualification management and training profiling
  • Stakeholder Management and communication
  • Highly driven and organized. Ability to think strategically
  • Strong project management and pipeline prioritization skills
  • English fluency
  • Financial understanding to provide cost benefit and total cost perspectives.
  • Skilled in course curriculum development
  • Experience interacting in a global environment
  • Strong "can-do" attitude and ability to think holistically to streamline activities and drive efficiencies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with adult learners and the target audience group (site personnel)
  • Technical understanding to engage with the operational business.

The salary range for this position is $78,800 - $131,300 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has variable compensation incentive of 10%.
