Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide insights to the Total Rewards & Benefits Tech Leader to support the delivery of the multi-generational technology roadmap, ensuring end-to-end product and customer value across all of Total Rewards products (Compensation, Benefits, Equity and Deferred Compensation). Support the transformation across the GE Vernova global Total Rewards product landscape.


  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, implement and enforce functional and technical standards, considering global standards, employee, stakeholder and business needs. Partner with our external partners such as GEV Total Rewards and Executive Compensation teams to ensure changes deliver expected benefits to end users. Develop partnership with other Product Leaders and Sustainment Analysts to ensure wing-to-wing integrated experiences and outcomes. Create and execute test cases with regional and business teams to support change.

  • Drive increased productivity and compliance through continuous improvement and by leveraging Lean methodologies.


  • Partner with Product Leader and external vendors to develop and manage global performance metrics for new or improved product/process aligning with customer requirements. Support metrics reviews.


  • Be responsible for understanding the impact of changes being delivered by the bi-annual Workday release(s), together with testing & communicating to key stakeholders.


  • Work across a highly matrix organization (regions, businesses, technology, practice leaders and sourcing) to ensure collaboration and teamwork in delivering a quality product to our customers. Ensure the rationale for decisions are broadly understood globally.


  • Create and maintain all relevant product requirements and documentation.


  • Work closely with Digital Technology team in support of all tools to execute change beginning in initial design through testing and to deployment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Compensation and Benefits functions


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with significant relevant work experience)., or equivalent experience/ knowledge


  • Strong prior professional work experience (can include internships)

  • Cross-functional experiences within Payroll, HCM, Executive Compensation or Total Rewards spaces


  • Experience working with others on a global basis


  • Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing product design


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Proven ability to identify/anticipate and solve complex issues and manage to complete resolution


  • Ability to organize and analyze data, detail-oriented


  • Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment


  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs


  • Experience establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships


  • Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines


  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

If contracted in the US:

The base pay range for this position is 92,900 - 140,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 10/30/2024.
