Thermal Spray Lead Qualification Engineer

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Leading qualifications from inception to closure, parts and special processes (coatings, brazing, etc.)
• Creating Qualification standards in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
• Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp
• Fostering strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Identifying and implement qualification cost out opportunities
• Cultivating positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Management, or other Supply Chain related studies
• Relevant quality or manufacturing engineering experience
• Thermal spray expertise

Eligibility Requirement

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• This position is 100% onsite at our Greenville facility.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• 3+ years of Thermal Spray Experience

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $135,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on April 16, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
