Responsibilities
- EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) as a number one priority, Internal/External Traction with Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Project Strategy, Follow up and traction in Europe / 3 regions (North-Central and South Europe, Central Europe) with a focus on one of them (CE) as Single point of contact
- Vendor and Subcontractor development (Civil work and Installation mechanical and Electrical) / Supplier/Subcontractor relation and panel mapping
- Vendor/Subcontractor Qualification process and follow up to close the ITO miletones
- Guidance for Firming / MIM (Material Inflation Mitigation) / CPA (Cost/Price Adjustment) / NPI (New Product Introduction) / DMP (Direct Material Productivity)
- Support Tendering DD0 (Deal Desk Review) / DD1 /DD2
- Handover process from Tendering to Project ITO (Inquiry to Order) OTR (Order to Remittance)
- RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, Oscar, Tool Optimization, Digitalization
- Reporting (Monthly Operating Review) and follow up of the KPIs (Saving, TOP, Initiatives..)
- ITO Sourcing Risk Management
- Initiatives (Mutualisation, Sustainability, zero Carbone, ITO Newsletter, Team Training)
- Improvement of the Technical Knowledge about our portfolio and solutions
- Sourcing Promotion, Mutualizations and simplification/ Overall coordination with our internal Stakeholders.
- BMS (processus Base)/ Procedure actualization for ITO Sourcing
- Development of "standard solutions" to better quote the S/S (Substation) (Civil Work and Construction)
- Terms and Conditions / Assure a flowdown of the T&Cs to limit the GE Exposition and Risks associated

Competencies & requirements
- Several years of Sourcing Experience in an international environment, preferable from Power business
- Experience with identifying, qualifying and selection of suppliers / subcontractors
- Negotiation experience is necessary
- Risk Management experience in Sourcing
- Reporting know-how
- open mind to technical basics, curious on market dynamics
- fluent in English & German is a must
- High Autonomy, strong communicator, Team-Player, Clear Thinker
- Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Visio)
- travel up to 20%
