Job Description Summary
As an ITO (Inquiry To Order) Configuration leader, you will be responsible for delivering contemporary and reliable digital solutions for Steam Power Services business. You will work with customers and IT stakeholders to provide a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of product features and functionalities. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners and Developers.
Job Description
Your Role:
- Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
- Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
- Routinely collaborate with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors.
- Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
- Collaborate with business project leaders for releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to decompose features into consumable user stories.
- Work closely and lead the development team; facilitate discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
- Partner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in implementing and supporting IT applications
- Strong background assisting in technical solution, architectural design, planning and managing technical delivery
Desired Characteristics
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or ServiceMax
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate in highly effective teams to achieve results; working with key stakeholders to identify & execute project strategies for critical business process
- Experience with data driven design and metrics such as product satisfaction, usability efficiency and ease of use leveraging standard toolsets or analytics platform such as google analytics.
- Expertise in field service processes
- Strong English verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse global group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Self-motivator and possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
- Six Sigma/Lean Certification would be a plus.
- Positive attitude - goes the extra mile, is committed, willing to take on challenges and has a can-do mind-set.
