Job Description Summary
The role would be to own and support hiring and hiring related activities for Vietnam across the various GE Vernova businesses. This includes recruitment for technician, operators, engineering, supply chain, and internships to name a few.
You would draw on your excellent communication skills to partner and work with other TA Partners within Asia as this role is accountable for contributing to the overall team's success.
As a trusted advisor for the hiring team advising them on recruitment process, compliance and ensuring a positive experience.

Partnering with People Leaders from job briefing, job posting (internal & external sites), advertising, screening, sourcing via LI, scheduling, working in partnership with HR on offer proposal and release of offers via WD. Partner with HRM on Hourly Hiring- understand volume, conducting manpower onsite recruitment drive, manage interviews and offers. Internship(maybe): Partner with HRM and Business to understand the need to help build a pipeline for talent. Partner with Business on how to improve the GE Brand and sourcing strategies for Vietnam. Ensure and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Advertising: Utilize a range of advertising avenues to ensure the build-up of talent pipeline Ensure recruitment initiatives are aligned with GE's policy of inclusion and diversity
Internal: Responsible for sharing internal applicant resumes with HMs, scheduling interviews, collating feedbacks and releasing offers... needs to demonstrate strong focus on process and compliance. Ensure and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Systems : Access to workday for posting, screening, cv sharing, interviewing and offer generation.
Administration:
Responsible for setting up of interviews and coordination. With the candidates as well as with the panelists. Following up with the panelists and ensuring a documented feedback Providing reporting on requisition and recruitment activity
Others:
Demonstrate ability to work as part of wider team and be accountable for contributing to the team's overall success Participate in group projects Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Core recruitment background with sourcing & mapping capability.
- Good to have: 5-10 years working experience doing recruitment activities for power, heavy engineering or infrastructure background
- Good experience in MS office and data management
