Issue prices into Purchasing Systems
Send POs to suppliers and get OA from suppliers (follow up required)
Follow up on delivery date
Follow up suppliers to guarantee delivery date will be attended
Revise Import documents (Invoices x POs are matching)
Inform Logistics when parts are ready to be shipped
Internal meeting to report status from quotes and parts ready for shipment
Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in the Sourcing.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
