What impact you'll make:

As Supply Chain FP&A Analyst, you will be an active contributor to the business, supporting all aspects of FP&A cycle and key finance partner across all supply chain value streams (gas, steam, generator and repairs). The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with site finance to deliver on its financial & operational target. This role will drive improvements to core finance processes and deliver on FP&A initiatives across the broader supply chain organization, enabling efficiencies to downstream operating partners.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Ownership of Supply Chain FP&A ecosystem and infrastructure, managing all files and tools used across Gas Power supply chain for planning and reporting
  • Support FP&A cycles across all value streams, including pacing, forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare and support presentations (Budget, Forecast, MOR) required to communicate financial position, strategic initiatives, & shop execution
  • Support operational rhythms including Weekly Pulse & Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR)
  • Improve reporting capabilities and standardizing processes across supply chain finance
  • Ownership of supply chain headquarters P&L including preparation of estimates, forecasting and actual reporting
  • Lead FP&A initiatives across Supply Chain finance focused on creating standard work and driving simplification
  • Development and maintenance of bill rate outlook model, used to feed HDGT (heavy duty gas turbine) new units commercial escalation

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field from an accredited university or college
  • Significant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
  • Prior experience with Supply Chain Finance and FP&A
  • Prior knowledge of manufacturing system ERPs (i.e. SAP, Oracle, BAAN) and digital and automation tools such as Tableau, RPA
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Additional Notes:

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
  • This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
