Aufgaben
- Unterstützung von Prozess- / Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten
- Erlernen und Ausführen von Lean Tools
- Datenerfassung und Anwendung eines datengesteuerten analytischen Ansatzes zur Problemlösung
- Entwicklung von standardisierten Arbeits- und Schulungsunterlagen
- Exposition gegenüber einer Produktion und Betriebstechnologien für die Herstellung von Leistungstransformatoren
Qualifikationen
- Immatrikulierte:r Student:in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Maschinenbau, Fertigung, Werkstoff- und / oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

Essential Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean tools and make positive impact to the business
- Conducting data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytcal approach to problem solving
- Development of standard work and training documentation
- Exposure to Power transformer manufacturing workshop machiery & operating technologies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
- Possess good communication skills
