Job Description Summary
As a Staff Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving our organization's Agile transformation. You will collaborate with product Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions while promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the Agile maturity of the teams by implementing industry-leading Agile practices. This role requires a passionate individual with strong leadership abilities who can achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team adheres to agile practices and principles.
- Coach Teams: Guide and mentor teams in the adoption and effective use of Scrum and other agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove Impediments: Act as a buffer between the team and any distractions or obstacles that could impede progress. Work to remove blockers and address challenges that may arise during the sprint.
- Support the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-organized, prioritized, and clear to the development team.
- Drive Agile Best Practices: Champion the adoption of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe across teams, ensuring they follow best practices to enhance productivity and delivery.
- Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time) to identify areas of improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and help teams reflect on their work to implement process improvements that drive higher performance and efficiency.
- Agile Training & Education: Provide training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for teams and individuals to help them develop their agile skills and mindset.
- Work Across Teams: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure consistency in agile practices and facilitate cross-team initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, challenges, and successes, ensuring alignment between business goals and team delivery.

Education Qualification
For roles outside USA:
Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience.
For roles in USA:Bachelor's Degree in with minimum years of experience6years

• Ability to form productive relationships quickly and create the spheres of influence required for transformational changes

Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with a track record of successfully implementing and scaling agile practices.
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of agile metrics and performance tracking.
