Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and help the organization gain and maintain a competitive edge. Demonstrate deep expertise in inbound product management by working with customers and business stakeholders to set the product vision and road map. Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products. Routinely collaborate with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of the technology stack. Demonstrate expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between the customer and engineering teams. Own the release and sprint backlogs for MVPs and regular production releases. Establish a close partnership with Quality Engineering and Build and Release Engineering teams to ensure successful releases. Demonstrate strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and able to navigate through ambiguity. Engage frequently (30% of the time) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions. Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units. Mentor junior team members and provide oversight when working with other teams on a large project. Provide technical leadership to other PMs and TPMs across the organization. Serve as an expert in Agile Methodology, coaching others.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), and 10 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related software development occupation including 4 years experience within a technical product management occupation required.
The position also requires: 2 years experience with Amazon Web Service Cloud Technologies and Micro-Service Architectural patterns and development, 2 years subject matter expertise in field service management software supporting wind site operations, wind site planning and scheduling, and wind site technician work execution. Role is 100% remote. Telecommuting permitted. Position reports into the company headquarters.
Salary for this position is $166,100.00/yr. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,360.00-$194,100.00 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 10% variable incentive compensation.
