Job Description Summary
In this role you will own and managed portfolio of network products classified as 'Industrial Network' and global firewalls for the company. The scope includes - OT connectivity, segmentation, Site/OT/Labs/Core firewalls, OT management solutions for jump boxes, Defender for IoT, asset management, remote access as well as OT site operations resourcing. You will work closely with Network site operations leader in GE Vernova to support all industrial locations, with special focus on OT / shopfloor local area network services, WiFi infrastructure, 3rd party product connectivity, supporting shopfloor infrastructure products e.g. label printers, bar code readers, machine and production line connectivity solutions, etc. You will own and proactively mange OT site obsolescence and vulnerability patching. In addition to manufacturing, you will own customer facing industrial solutions such as 5G connectivity, vessel connectivity, M&D reach back and similar. Sr Director Digital Operations - Industrial Network Services & Isolation will lead a team and manage GE Vernova's MSP partner and apply devops model to the management of mentioned services. You will establish strong collaboration with network architecture to design new OT network solutions in HQ and business units. In this role you will continuously work across multiple technical and functional domains as well as establish close relationship with all Tier 2 businesses as well as GE Vernova cyber organization to strike the right balance of the value, cost and security of edge network services in GE Vernova .

Job Description
In this role you will:
- Define and own the network devops operations framework used to engineer, build, and run OT services based upon a current vs. future state in an alignment with architecture standards.
- Align strongly to GE Vernova security architecture , provide guidance and implement agreed security standards for industrial networking.
- Own operational KPIs and runs Monthly Operations Review Process for hers/his product domains.
- Work closely with network finance and product management function to develop product lifecycle and roadmap for continuous improvement and alignment to GE Vernova industry needs and cost profile.
- Consider multiple business scenarios during the operations management and how different business units may consume product offering and adjust to support them. Work closely with MSP to define effective alignment to BU and regional support structure.
- Represent GE Vernova network organization in the separation office (SMO) governance model and project execution related to the convey of Corporate Holdings Site as a Service product to GE Vernova's Site Services. Own and execute project of service transition from Corporate Holdings to GE Vernova by the end of TSA (March 30, 2026).
- Ensure for all products and services in hers/his portfolio maximize software, automation and Infrastructure as a code and are self-service oriented for provisioning with clear product description and cost management.
- Together with business technology teams and network architecture, participate in research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities to for multiple teams or complex scenarios.
- The leader is both a technical leader within the function and is responsible for developing and coaching Junior and Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineers and Operations Leaders and product team technical resources.
- Maximize the use of best practice service management processes and align to GE Vernova Office for CTO practices for KPIs/Bowler metrics, asset and configuration management and the integration with DOC for L1 operations.
- This leader will be influencing from a strategic and technical standpoint across the function and the business. Leaders also need to be able to influence beyond the scope of their immediate business segment, potentially across modalities and CoEs.
- This leader will own direct financial responsibility for its product run costs and use standard finance management processes in GE Vernova to manage it, including responsibilities to manage site services monthly operating rhythm, TSA charges, cost out initiatives and transformational initiatives budgets.
- This leader will own relationship with network MSP and establish lean yet effective operating rhythm across critical service management processes with continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a technical area (Operations, Architecture, Software, or Information Technology) or (a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology or Software).

- Significant operations experience in running one or more main network products and services in GE.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to focus team on priorities during critical incidents.
- Professional technical and business targeted communication during critical incidents using customer perspective to analyze the problem and guide the team towards resolution that minimizes customer impact.
- Assist architecture team by being constant voice of reason when it comes to operationalizing new technologies and their impact on effective operations.
- Possesses deep understanding and/or certification for ITIL v3/v4 or similar enterprise service management framework.
The salary range for this position is 155,500.00 - 208,000.00 - 260,500.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
