We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of energy management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

Here's what you will bring:

Education.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience.

  • 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in UI/UX with a B2B/B2C product company with an emphasis on creating rich user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Communication.

You can translate client requirements and complex user journeys into clearly laid out user stories and graphical workflows.

You easily collaborate with Product, Research and Development and Professional Services teams
