Senior ISO Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

What Impact You'll Make
As a member of the Gas Power QMS team, you will be an active contributor to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Gas Power business. Ensuring continued compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 55001 requirements. You will work closely with regional, operational, and functional teams to drive the use of Quality processes and tools, ensuring the compliance to applicable standards, monitor process performance and enable data analysis.

• Develop and maintain the Gas Power document management and auditing systems (Gensuite, CARA, Documentum), processes and rules to ensure fulfilment of internal and external requirements.
• Manage, coordinate, and in liaison with the certifying body, develop the ISO 9001 and ISO 55001 yearly multiside certification and surveillance plans.
• Coach and support the business on the requirements for the external audits and perform system audits to check business compliance to ISO requirements.
• Oversee and drive the timely closure of external audit findings to ensure closure with the certifying body.
• Host business process management methodology, develop and create business process models using ARIS
• As subject matter expert you will be the point of contact for Gas Power for QMS related issues.

• Must have experience in Quality and Quality Management systems,
• Must have a good knowledge and understanding of applicable International Standards (ISO)
• Experience in document management, auditing management applications and process modelling (Gensuite, Documentum / CARA and Process Modelling software)
• Internal auditor qualification

• Experience of quality processes and an interest to expand your knowledge in Quality and Quality Management systems, including applicable international standards
• IRCA certified ISO 9001 internal auditor
• Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate requirements and facilitate good practice-sharing in a motivating, engaging way.
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Clear understanding of the basic roles, functions, and products/services/ repairs within GE Gas Power
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Familiar with lean, statistics, six sigma, quality assurance & quality control and other quality concepts
