Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Roles and Responsibilities
- First point of contact for employees & managers to provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Manage and lead labor employees relations priorities, leading work council relationship and committees
- Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, HR Fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Use prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
- Be a change enabler and true HR Partner "at the table" with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field.
- Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems.
- Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Driving People and Culture agenda with the Leadership team, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roadmap.
- Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed and provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgement and care.
- Works autonomously and as a part of the HR team, supporting process and clients within the functional practices and guidelines, and with subjectivity.
- Uses judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions

Required Qualifications
- The role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management
- Strong expertise and experience in Labor law management (please highlight this expertise on your CV or cover letter. Applications which don't meet this requirement won't be reviewed)
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college education.
- Strong coaching capability; ability to operate in a stand-alone role, have strong communication skills, be adaptable to change, have the ability to influence across all levels in the organization, experience of working in a matrixed organization and be a flexible team member.
- Fluent communication in English
