The Senior HR Business Partner for Hydro Europe will lead HR strategy and organization for the Europe region. This role has a direct impact on business results of GE Vernova Hydro by taking important decisions, influencing the business strategy, and coaching business leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities
- HR leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals
- Responsible for coaching, mastering HR processes, and leading an HR team.
- Partners with leaders and supporting employees on organizational and employee matters.
- Manages labor relations in the region, particularly in France, ensuring all obligations are met.
- Develops a clear vision for the business and the strategy of the business in close interaction with business management
- Has the ability to lead the HR team in complex issues.
- Develops midterm and long-term vision for own function in relation to the business
- Develops people dashboard and run KPIs in line with lean principles
- Major contribution to the strategic plan of GE Vernova Hydro
- Drives operational execution of HR issues with team in collaboration with People Operations COEs
- Leads the attracting, hiring, developing, engaging and motivating talents in collaboration with HR COEs
- Assures the right compensation and reward practices as well as fair employment practices for Hydro in Europe
- Leads change programs and organizational effectiveness
- Owns labor relations in the assigned area in collaboration with L&E experts
- Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client facing HR roles
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in HR role with GE or a similar large multinational
- France labor relations experience
