Essential Responsibilities
- Create and manage engineering documents (such as lift plans, work procedures, and risk assessments) for the offshore WTG installation, completion, and decommissioning scope
- Create and manage offshore management of change documentation
- Perform engineering calculations supporting marine operations
- Manage technical interfaces with client, MWS, subcontractors, and installation spread contractor
- Create technical specifications for procurement of rigging and installation aides
- Support offshore construction managers and installation team on the WTG installation vessel
- Collect and interpret data offshore supporting operations
- Support HSE in ensuring work is performed safely
- Support WTG Installation Package Manager to manage installation scope and budget

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics from and accredited University or College. (OR HSED/GED with 10 years experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Job Family or Group
Desired Characteristics
- Familiar with heavy lifting and rigging
- Familiar with industry wide engineering standards and practices
- Familiar with offshore construction operations including DNV-ST-N001 standard for Marine Operations
- Able to work offshore rotations on installation vessel
- Have all offshore training and certificates for working offshore (GWO, HUET, OGUK medical)
The base pay range for this position is $114,100 - $190,200 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than January 18, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
