Join us in driving operational excellence and shaping the future of energy. We are seeking a Senior Director of Implementation, Success and Quality to join.

The Senior Director leads the Global Implementation Success Team within Grid Software focused on project delivery success and meeting customer expectations on contracted project delivery services. The charter includes Global Project escalations management, Top 25 and Next 25 account program delivery success, driving Global Project Methods and Tools, Project Manager talent development and Global Quality Management. Engages with Project Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers to mitigate risks and address escalated issues. Engages with customer and internal senior stakeholders to orchestrate communications and status updates on escalated project issues. Key KPI's and metrics include schedule and budget adherence, margin achievement across the global portfolio, LD and write-down prevention metrics, EHS metrics and working with Sales and Product teams to meet KPI's tied to NPI commitments. Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. Works with cross functional teams across sales, product management and product development. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit. The role will have a major impact on the Grid Software Services Delivery Function and P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides Grid Software Project escalation management for Top 25, Next 25 and Key GEV escalated accounts globally. Engages with Global Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers to develop and drive action plans to accelerate issue resolution, maintain customer and internal stakeholder communication, and drive cross function actions to bring projects back on track and meet schedule and budget requirements.
  • Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports. Has the ability to attract and retain talent. Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership in project and program management for Grid software implementation projects. Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. This includes Global Methods for implementations, upgrades and managed services and driving adoption of practices that lead to better HC/BC ratios and a lower BCR. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
  • Leads others to find creative solutions and drive ininnovative project practices to improve project delivery speed, cost and quality - including use of tools and accelerators to complement modern agile delivery approaches.
  • Oversees the Global Quality Management function including certification programs and processes for global and regional delivery centers.
  • Drives Partner Enablement programs and assists Project Portfolio's and PM's in working with partners in the bid management, estimation, sub-contracting and ITO-OTR handoff process. Works with procurement and SI partner teams to improve partner engagement on key project workstreams and manages SI partner performance and achievement through KPI's and metrics.
  • Works with Services Delivery Leaders and Project Portfolio leaders on initiatives to implement new services solutions offerings across advisory, technical and functional implementations and managed services, including evolving CRE and evergreen services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred with at least 15 years of industry experience.
  • This role requires significant experience in Grid Software Services Delivery, large project/program management, internal and external senior stakeholder management and modern product implementation methods and approaches.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $195,200USD - $244,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
