In this role, you will:
- Remove obstacles: Identify and manage risks, and help the team overcome internal and external roadblocks
- Promote collaboration: Encourage teamwork and cross-functional skills, and help the team maximize their individual talents
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles: Help the team understand and follow Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines

- Monitor progress: Create and maintain project timelines, and report on developments
- Coach the team: Help the team improve their processes and practices, and recognize areas for improvement
- Work with stakeholders: Collaborate with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to drive decision making
- Contribute to Agile practices: Help improve Agile practices within the organization
Education Qualification
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with strong academic credentials.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in test automation
