Qualifications requises :
- 5+ ans d'expérience en EHS, avec une exposition à plusieurs domaines EHS dans un environnement de services
- Connaissance des activités pétrolières et gazières, d'électrification et d'énergie.
- Connaissance de la législation EHS en Amérique du Nord, y compris la législation canadienne, provinciale, fédérale et américaine.
- Capacité à voyager jusqu'à 50 %, selon les besoins, y compris la capacité de voyager aux États-Unis
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français
- Bilingue (Français/Anglais) oral & écrit. ()

Grille salariale :
Le salaire pour ce poste varie de 106 600,00 - 133 300,00 CAD par an. Le salaire final offert à un candidat sera déterminé en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, tels que l'expérience, la formation et le lieu de travail. De plus, ce poste est éligible à un bonus de performance, ce qui permet une rémunération totale allant de 106 600,00 - 160 000,00 CAD annuellement, en fonction des performances.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationship with operational and project managers in the region to drive the expected EHS culture across all operations.
- Act as support liaison for all sites in helping comply with regulatory requirements. Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory and GE requirements.
- Conduct audits in line with the business audit plan, with rigor and consistency, to identify deficiencies and drive improvements in the management of EHS.
- Conduct regular inspections of sites and working methods to ensure safety rules and procedures are followed, that protective equipment is used properly, and all devices necessary for safety are in place, used appropriately and support corporate policies.
- Support the business in driving continuous improvement in EHS programs, and the way they are implemented across sites.
- Identify, support the hiring of, then manage and develop Site based EHS staffing for sites assigned to them.
- Review, analyze and evaluate effectiveness of existing programs and recommend necessary improvements. Support the region in maintaining accreditation across assigned sites.
- Drive increased use of Digital Programs and tools across assigned sites, aligned with GSI Global.
- Participate in the evaluation of safety and environmental associated risks at the time of bidding and during work. Understand EHS contractual requirements and provide EHS feedback on Intent to Order (ITO) phase projects while utilizing the EHS BOQ for cost estimation.
- Conduct investigations and analysis of all accidents or hazardous situations. Identify trends and causes, as well as follow up on corrective and preventative actions.
- Deliver EHS training to assigned sites population as required.
- Ensure all internal and external EHS reporting is completed on time and with accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years EHS experience, with exposure to several EHS areas in a Services environment
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Electrification and Energy business.
- Knowledge of North American EHS legislation including Canada Provincial, Federal and US legislation.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, as required including ability to travel to US
- Fluent in English, French
