Job Description Summary
The is key PMO functional role that would support the project execution team specifically in the execution and closing phase. The role involves being a key coordinator between the sourcing team and projects to support the projects team for delivering projects on time. It requires a in depth understanding of the execution requirements and sourcing practices and processes. It also demands working on multiple projects.
The role requires high lever of ownership, accuracy and daily management Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include collecting the project requirements, initiating purchase requisitions after ensuring that due processes have been followed, tracking the Purchase Orders quantities, timelines. Ensuring that project teams are kept informed about the validity of the POs. That the sourcing processes are followed.
During the project closing stage reconcile the POs with the vendors and Project teams to close the POs.
Administrative in charge for outsources resources.
Face audit and handle their queries in collaboration with the projects and sourcing teams.
Willingness to travel and work from sites when required. - Developing in-depth knowledge of a functional discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Experience
8-12 years of exposure to sourcing and purchase in Project Installation and Commissioning, BoP. Have a deep understanding of the project execution activities and life cycle of onshore wind / Renewable Energy domain. Must have worked with project external stake holders during execution and closing phase of projects and much have independently managed closing of projects. Independently handed audit queries and their closures.
