The Role

As Project Quality Manager you'll establish, maintain and verify the implementation of the project quality system and plans to ensure the quality of processes & products and contractual requirements are met. Your tasks will be divided into Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Inspection and Quality Improvement

Key missions of the Project Quality Lead:

Your key missions will be:

  • Ensure the implementation of quality requirements of the integrated quality management system into the projects
  • Assume responsibility for project quality plan preparation, project quality assurance and quality control. Support the Project Manager/Project Director in all quality-related matters
  • Manage customer witness points execution, ensure on-time notifications to the customer for all type of inspections
  • Ensure that the defined Project Quality objectives are achieved by measuring, auditing and by implementing necessary actions to resolve quality issues on the project
  • Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) in order to implement necessary actions and to provide lessons learnt
  • Participate in project reviews and ensure quality aspects are covered
  • Build the supplier quality assurance plan including ITP (inspection & test plan) follow up and participation to FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
  • Collect all supplier quality documentation and ensure meets both contract and GE requirements
  • Ensure Site Works Conformance Files are consolidated in line with contract and GE requirements
  • Ensure that "Lessons Learnt" are fed back to the organization and well implemented
  • Manage project Non conformities, organize Non conformities reviews and follow-up with corrective actions
  • Monitor the Customer Satisfaction Process
  • Perform Internal Process Audits

Desired Profile & Experience

  • Min 2 to 5 years of Experience in similar field Project Quality / EPC contract
  • Experience in development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans related to turnkey projects
  • Polish Fluent is a must, English fluent
  • Graduated from a recognized university, experience in a field linked to Project activity (Quality, engineering, manufacturing, procurement or project management) is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong compliance focus & personal integrity
  • Willingness to travel around central Europe (15% estimate)
