- Ensure strong interface coordination between all stakeholders
- Ensure application of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), especially under consideration of Offshore specific requirements from public authorities
- Follow-up Project Key Indicators, set up action plans to be back on track in case of deviations
- Manage Non-conformity for the project, including coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal partners
- Perform RCA and Non-conformance management, inclusive of 8D and standard tools DMAIC, 5 why, fishbone, pareto methods
- Animate the Continuous improvement actions for the project, including Lessons Learned
- Perform Internal Audits and be the point of contact for employer audits (plan, reports, NC management)
- Manage Customer complaints until full resolution
- Coordination of onshore site and onshore Yard quality activities (include managing GE inspectors)
- Manage Customer surveys including call back and improvement plan
- Manage Lessons learned process (internal ; with consortium, with customer)
- Participate into Project Reviews incl Engineering and Procurement gate reviews , at GE level, consortium level, and customer level
- Support the Equipment Quality Manager into the Auditing, surveillance of suppliers and subcontractor activities, Factory tests, pre-shipment activity, validation of quality plans from suppliers
Requirements
- Experience of a Leading quality activities in EPC Project
- Strong knowledge and experience of processes for ISO9001, ISO15288 is a plus
- Good level of audit ability both internal and second party audits ISO9001 only.
- Strong IT tool usage, Microsoft office, document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar.
- Degree in Engineering discipline or similar based on experience
- Strong communicator and influencer
- English is a must, German is a strong plus.
