The key role of the PE is to successfully execute the commercial deliverables of the contract, to respect the operating margins, whilst adhering to the policies and processes set out by the company and satisfying the customer. In line with the Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- The PE is expected to deliver service projects in the transmission and distribution Industry in Saudi, Bahrain & Pakistan, following financial and operational aspects: budget, technical & contractual scopes, resources & execution planning.
- Responsible for safety, quality, risks & opportunities management to ensure the highest customer satisfaction & to secure projects contribution margin
- PE will be responsible to plan, manage, commission, site management and deliver an entire project from transfer through to provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) ensuring that additional business opportunities are pursued and to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and maximum margin/value with clear focus on safety
- PM will need to be self-motivated and well organized
- Execute projects keeping high standards in safety, efficiency, on time delivery and financial goals as per PEH rules
- Contribute to units' operational performance by providing accurate forecasts in finance
- Project execution from tender to warranty end, including delivery & commissioning activities, be the prime customer contact for the execution of the contract/project
- Execute projects in collaboration with EHS, engineering department, contract admin, contract management, finance, procurement & other support functions
- Be accountable for on time delivery, sales and cash-in realization (& accurate forecasting), project operating working capital, margins improvement & customer satisfaction
- Follow project management best practices, including specific focus on transfer review, project gates reviews and project close-out
- Monthly update on actions plans progress & sales/cash forecasts preparation and presentation of project reviews
- Contribute to EHS plan, operation department development & unit continuous improvement
- Lead EHS/Safety actions and performance be fully compliant with GE rules and processes, ensure project teams are properly trained and holders of required qualifications when required
- Follow GE compliance policies ('The Spirit and The Letter') and promote open reporting
- Support commercial team by return of experience, optimizing project costs & deliveries

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management area
- University or certification body (PEP, IPEA, est.) would be advantageous
- Engineering and business knowledge in grid automation market would be a plus
- Experience in project, site management and commissioning in distribution autonomy & rigor would be a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Being comfortable to reside in Riyadh or Jeddah
