Job Description Summary
The assistant project coordinator will functionally report to the Senor Project Manager/Coordinator in Korea. In the context of a project, the assistant project coordinator will be involved with each specific project team and be liaison with the customer. He/She will be also in charge of communication with engineering team and management team with KAPES/KEPCO if necessary.

Job Responsibilities
- Supports meeting in Korea with European teams for interpretation and provide the translation of letters and technical documents
- Ensure coordination with KAPES/KEPCO/LSIS if required
- Coordinating for locally performed project meetings between customers and GE UK Ltd. including translation, interpretation and controlling schedules of stakeholders
- Perform local document control - Support submission of hard copies of contractual deliverables to the
- customer for Korean HVDC Projects
- Organize reservations, appointments, travel arrangement, and preparation of Korea visa invitation with required documentation for visitors and travelers for Grid Solutions as needed
- Follow up with issued tasks involving administrative functions as liaison between local and oversea business sectors(GE UK Ltd.) or regional commercial manager.
- Planning schedule respect, on-time document submittal
- Immediate reactivity to customer contractual requirements
- Understanding of customer expectations

Knowledge & Experience:
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience of project and/or construction/engineering contracts
- Knowledge of Engineering for Electrical or Mechanical Area
