Responsabilités Essentielles

Les diplômés acquièrent des compétences de leadership nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par nos clients comme par l'entreprise. Le programme, qui commence en mai 2025, s'étend sur deux ans et comprend trois affectations par rotation de 8 mois. Les affectations doivent inclure l'ingénierie, la gestion de projets en plus d'une affectation sur chantier et feront parties du programme PMLP d'Énergie Renouvelable.

Les rotations obligatoires incluront le terrain/la construction et la planification, avec une troisième rotation dans une autre discipline (opérations commerciales, qualité, approvisionnement, gestion des contrats, finance, contrôle de projet, logistique, gestion de projet, lean et technique). Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat génie mécanique d'une université reconnue avec GPA minimum de 3.0
  • Un minimum de 3 an et un maximum de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie
  • Flexibilité, adaptabilité et mobilité; capacité de réaliser des rotations au sein d'entreprises et de sites multiples ainsi que de voyager à la fois au pays et/ou à l'étranger
  • Capacité et volonté à travailler en chantier
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Vous devez accepter de vous soumettre à une vérification préalable à l'emploi, y compris, mais sans s'y limite, à une vérification des références et des antécédents.
  • Vous devez posséder le droit sans restriction de travailler au Canada
  • Capacité de s'engager pour 2 ans à parrainer l'entreprise à la fin de ce programme.

Role Summary/Purpose

GE Vernova's Engineering track of the Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) accelerates the development of early career System Integrators and Project Engineering Manager employees through intensive training in the areas of technical and leadership skills. This PMLP role is intended for off program on the Project Management & Engineering teams in the Hydro Power business.

The Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) is a GE Vernova program, gathering talents all over the 12 business of GE Vernova.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Graduates will leave the program with leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives. The program, which starts in May 2025, is a 24-month program spanning three 8 months rotational assignments. The rotations will include Engineering, Project Management as well as site assignments, and it will run as part of the Renewable Energy PMLP.

Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline (commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical). Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university, minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum of 3 year of industry experience and a maximum of 10 years
  • Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile; ability to complete multi-location rotations, and travel both domestically and/or internationally
  • Ability and willingness to work at site and perform a field site rotation
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited, reference verification and background check.
  • Must have unrestricted Canadian work authorization, without requiring sponsorship.
  • Ability to make 2-year commitment to sponsoring business upon graduation
