Responsibilities

• Be GEV senior local Mgt authority, leading customer-facing service delivery programs that create business impact through solution delivery.
• Engage throughout the full lifecycle of local projects, participating in decisions on implementation, staffing, functionalities to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
• Also make standard recommendations on continuous improvement and quality to customers through the implementation process.
• Responsible for go-live readiness as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization.
• Develop short-and long-term customer vision and strategic enterprise programs for value propositions in close collaboration with Sales team.
• Help develop business case with ComOps for proposed service offerings and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, risk analysis, industry best practices.

• Set-up local governance with Customer and Develop customer intimacy.
• Coordinate project Teams and skills + workload needs across multiple project / M&S / Contracts.
• Communicates complex messages and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to act and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
• Coordinate activities with partners ensuring adequate staffing and competitiveness on the implementation

• Bachelor's degree ideally in Computer Science, Project Management, or other applicable discipline
• Substantial experience in relevant field including experience in IT or Grid domain
• Leadership experience in complex project management or Program Management ideally for global companies
• Demonstrated experience with global software system implementation organizations and/or major management consulting firms

• Legal authorization to work in Europe is required.
• Must be willing to travel - Work is mostly local in Norway, but travels to France, UK, Romania to be considered up to 20% as required

• Broad and deep technical experience with IT and / or grid domain solutions, cloud and emerging technologies
• Experience of financial and operational accountability in line with account strategy.
• Providing leadership for customer-facing operations including experience handling customer escalations and driving customer satisfaction
