Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit for workstation and procedure via inspection tool to meet GEV Remanufacturing requirements for quality product.
- Control Non-Conformance products with proper disposition and communication may require with engineering department to set up standard dispositions.
- Control calibration process and tooling to assure ISO 9001 compliance.
- Provide quality KPIs to the local leadership such as NCR closing rate, DPMO, COPQ, FPY etc. weekly basis/as needed.
- Lead lean activities such as Kaizen, 5S, Standard work/disposition and report out to the local leadership.
- May require investigating or being a part of investigation for RCCA to set up CAPA.
- May required leading MOC for all changes regarding quality matters for Amarillo site.
- Follow up ATSs in timely manner with proper evidence.
- Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality.
Desired Characteristics
- Quality Management System experience
- NDT Experience
- Experience with Kaizen process management
- Lean Manufacturing
- Quality testing experience in relevant setting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set up priority, document, and execute tasks daily basis.
