Job Description Summary
The Portfolio Fulfillment Manager - TX shall be responsible for maintaining oversight and executing process deliverables such as outage planning, order management and billing for a cluster of transactional orders (TX/MMP) across North Africa as a portfolio. This role would require the individual to work closely with respective Customer Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to manage contractual commitments as well as other functions (e.g. finance, IT, parts fulfilment) to drive process excellence through the OTR wing-to-wing process. The role has some autonomy as long as quality output is achieved. Available opportunities to lead projects and driving standard work across the region.

List of key/essential job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Understanding Contract T&C's
- Ensure Systems/ERP Accuracy
- Contract Setup/Validation
- Event Management
- Services, Parts & Repairs Demand placement for MMP (Multi Year Maintenance program)
- Services and Repairs demand placement on TX (Transactional)
- Initiate Billing for TX/MMP
- Manage IFF Unbilled inventory
- Margin review prework
- Interface with various internal COE's, Fulfilment, CPM's & manage transfer of communication.
- Handling/Managing ERPs (Alpha, PMx, EV, FieldVision, and RDM)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- ERP working experience; proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a part of a multinational team.
- Must have good time management, organizational skills and able to meet established deadlines.
- This role requires proven experience in the Power Generation Industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
What will make you stand out
- +5 year's Knowledge and Experience with the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in more than 1 language is a plus)
- French and/or Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
- Person who naturally pays attention to details/ ability to juggle multiple priorities at busy time
- Lean & Continuous improvement Mindset
- Prior Experience in PFM or CPM- like or Customer Service type of role
- Prior Experience in managing billing is a plus
