Job Description Summary
As a member of the Asia Parts Sales Team, you will be an active contributor to the growth of the Parts segment and providing excellent Customer Service in a fast-paced transactional environment. You will interface directly with customers and account management team(s) as the key point of contact for all transactional parts opportunities, proposal development and delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account & Sales Managers to maximize penetration of outages, delivering differentiated support for key accounts, while developing a strategy to regain underserved customers.
- Meeting Orders, Sales & Margin targets and growing the business in assigned territory.
- Providing accurate, on time, comprehensive and competitive quotations to our customers
- Develop winning bids leveraging competitive intelligence and optimizing price & margins.
- Drive quarterly sales convertibility, by securing shipment of available inventory.
- Drive proactive sales campaigns - recommended parts lists, outage kits, Technical Information Letters, and lead projects as required.
- Able to develop and drive solutions to any gaps in process or procedure.
- Be the focal point for the customer to contact for any questions on Parts quotes, open orders and claims and drive resolution by collaborating with functional support team(s) as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 7 years of experience in Power Generation services in a commercial, customer service, field service, shop operations, engineering, and/or marketing role.
- Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, CPQ, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, mainly to customer offices and sites.
