Role Summary / Purpose:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production line technicians in meeting line performance targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
- Coordinate with cross department and suppliers for seamless workflow to meet production needs.
- Schedule production line manpower and technician training needs
- Enable and monitor production team adherence to line standard work
- Solve production line Andons as first responder and escalate issues promptly, embracing problem solving culture and approach
- Plan and monitor technician competencies, support in technicians performance management
- Carry out other duties as assign
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum NITEC with at least 5 years relevant work experience or equivalent
- Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Experience in Lean would be advantageous
- Able to work on rotating shift
