Job Description Summary

The Global Installation & Indirect Operations & Lean Leader will be responsible for the execution of Services, Projects and Indirect Sourcing for our global business and wind turbine sites specific project-based assignments including but not limited to... team operations excellence, metrics ownership, change management, standard work and procedure leadership, digitization & systems coordination, lean prioritization and other as needed topics as they arise.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Define, standardize and execute team's operational rhythm and calendar
  • Manage metrics, financial and otherwise, to track SQDC for team
  • Drive problem solving relative to team's KPIs. Creating visualization tools and leading Problem Solving Reports to improve the metrics.
  • Change Management coordinator and process improvement leader, expeditious implementation through all steps of the process. Work with the cross-functional team to drive process improvement
  • Implement & maintain standard work, procedures & tools for Installation & Indirect and change management processes
  • Create Gate sourcing process and standardize supplier scorecards across Installation & Indirect
  • Utilize lean methodology to drive process control and standard work relative to supplier and strategy performance
  • Define and host kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and well as follow-up on actions
  • Prioritize MOREWIND projects and standardization across team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in services, sourcing or program management
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, estimated at 20%

The salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $208,300.00 USD Annual.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has shift differentiation compensation incentive of 15% .
