The Off-Shore Logistics Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with the Consortium Partner all aspects related to transport and installation of the platform, as well as the logistics during the work off-shore.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Coordination with the Platform Partner on the following activities:
- Preparation for Sail-away (including sea fastening, weighting, shipping company interface, etc.)
- Loading of the platform on the ship
- Interface with the Marine Warranty Surveyor
- Transport by sea up to the North Sea (including preservation, etc.)
- Installation/fixing of the jacket and topside, hook-up
- Jack-up barge availability with appropriate capacity to accommodate GE personnel
- Transport of personnel and material to/from Jack-up barge and to/from platform
- Etc.

Make sure these activities are performed in a coordinated manner, in compliance with the GE Vernova requirements to protect the equipment, and in the best interest of GE Vernova from an overall project perspective. Drive Health, Safety, Security and Welfare of all personnel working on the offshore converter platform and the protection of the environment. Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are developed and emergency exercises and drills are scheduled. Contribute to the evaluation of Risk Assessments, as well as the capture of Lessons Learnt
Required Competencies:
Qualifications: Engineering degree / Master degree or equivalent (Off-shore Engineering is a plus)
Experience: 5 years in the offshore project management or related industries.
Skills: Strong coordination skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders. Good organizational ability.
Able/Willing to work on project basis, with rotation off-shore, as part of a 24/7 operation.
Language: Fluent in English.
