Job Description Summary

This position is part of the NAM Onshore Wind Projects finance team and will provide financial leadership and operational partnership for assigned customer contracts. In addition, this role will lead the OB logistics financial processes for the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

Outbound Logistics:

  • Provide financial partnership to Outbound Logistics operating team
  • Participate in financial estimating and planning cycles (Quarterly estimates, Strategy, and Budget)
  • Own Outbound Logistics (OBT) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) / cost liquidation processes including OBT fixed costs estimates and project allocation
  • Manage cost estimates in partnership with operating team, lead monthly cost estimates including project close outs and budget over runs

Project Finance Manager on assigned customer contracts:

  • Provide financial partnership to project managers; work cross functionally with project management, logistics, and commercial to achieve desired business results
  • Participate in financial estimating and planning cycles (Quarterly estimates, Strategy, and Budget)
  • Own revenue recognition including External Change Order (ECO) tracking and recording; manage EAC / cost liquidation
  • Lead weekly Risk & Opportunities (R&O) and monthly close, including SAM creation and other project specific reporting; partner with PM's and DPM's to identify opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of increasing levels of financial experience,

The base pay range for this position is $107,600 - $179,4000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than October 7, 2024.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
