Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of MES solutions and provide technical support using software suites. Take full responsibility for the technical delivery of projects, ensuring that they progress on schedule within budget and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in architectural, design, and functional decisions throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies through on-site evaluations.
  • Provide recommendations for standardized workflows, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and uploads during implementation.
  • Responsible for preparation for go-live, post-go-live support, and follow-up inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deepen expertise in relevant technical fields, using past experience and technical expertise to implement company strategies and policies.
  • Understand key business drivers and leverage this understanding to complete personal tasks. Understand collaboration between teams to ensure successful project goal achievement.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, and propose different solutions under guidance. Solve immediate problems using past experience and on-the-job training, applying technical skills and analytical thinking to make decisions by integrating multiple internal resources.
  • This position may be an individual contributor with excellent interpersonal skills or a junior manager who recruits and develops team members and provides informal guidance to new team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the MES field and have participated in the delivery of at least 3 large-scale MES projects.
  • Strong software architecture and development capabilities, able to independently design and develop technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, good documentation writing, planning, and project execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese. Basic English communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Able to analyze and solve problems.
  • Skilled in documentation, planning, and execution procedures.
  • Proficient in Java, C#, and SQL programming languages. Must also be proficient in MS SQL Server and capable of system architecture and database performance optimization.
