Job Description Summary
The Store Supervisor overseeing the daily operations, work activities of the GRSS warehouse. In this role, you will be supervising a team, responsible for daily management of Goods receipt, storage, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement & enforce inventory controls strategies, materials management, monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to store daily operations, work activities
- Goods Receiving against relevant shipping documents
- Distribution of materials to the right departments
- Perform work in accordance with standard procedures, specifications, and quality documentation
- Ensures 5S housekeeping and stocks security
- Ensure quality & accurate Main Store & the supermarket routine replenishment
- Maintains stock records & lead the inventory stock take
- Ensure compliance with all EHS procedures and requirements
- Perform documentation of overall material movement and hand-offs as assigned neatly, accurately, and legibly.
- Active participation in lean kaizen events & continuous improvement
- Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Desired Characteristics:
Significant experience in the industry at a similar job. Knowledge in production management and SAP. Relational qualities, rigor, sense of priorities are necessary qualities to succeed in this position. Experience in lean kaizen is advantageous.
