Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and support for operators
- Work with Operations Leader to drive 5-whys, problem solving, operational rigor, and execution of standard work
- Maintain and improve process documentation to ensure consistent quality
- Develop & update work instructions & procedures to support operator training and process control
- Support improvement efforts for across the cell for visual management, tooling, plant equipment, and safety/ergonomic solutions
- Support product qualifications as needed
- Manage projects and continuous improvement efforts in accordance with plant metrics
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with NDT, Shot Peen, Laser, Cold Spray, and Air Flow equipment and fixturing
- Self Motivated, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Ability to use micrometers and calipers for set ups and trouble shooting
- Proven ability to pro-actively improve processes
- Strong time and project management skills
- Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles
- Ability to help drive lean initiatives

- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Experience and knowledge of gas turbine components
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $74,800.00 - $93,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on October 8, 2024, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
